Soul needs are part of the mind-body connection. When I refer to mind-body connection, it includes mind, body, emotions, and soul. I sometimes call this mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It’s important to have clarity on all four levels of being. This is why having a daily practice of inner inquiry is so important.
When there is disconnect with the soul level of being, it can show up as some kind of discontent, often as pain, anxiety, or depression.
Inner Soul Needs Inquiry
To connect with your soul wisdom, get quiet, focus inward and ask your soul what does it need you to know? What action needs to be taken? Then practice taking action from soul wisdom in small ways before you go for the big changes.
